Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products refunds are not available. However, email me if there is any question about the digital files, I will be gladly work with you to rectify the situation. Also, you are welcome to ask as many questions as you need to before purchase.
All digital images and the best efforts are made to show the most accurate colors, shape and samples, if any. However, due to the delicate color of image, the color you see would change under different light and background. On top of that, the settings of the monitor-printer would also affect the appearance of the image.
